Morelia, Michoacán.- Elements of the Morelia Police announced that this Saturday at 9:00 hours they will carry out a peaceful march from the Fountain of Tarascas to the Government Palace to demand attention and justice from two of their colleagues who were linked to trial for being involved in the murder of young Julio Chahoya, on September 13, in the fractionation Jardines del Toreo.
According to the police officers organizing the event, “the comrades have not been done justice and have been imprisoned for days” and that is why they will march elements of the municipal police to ask for further investigation into the event.
The State Attorney General’s Office (FGE) determined the guilt of the two policemen after gathering the results of both the expert’ expertise, testimonies and results of the autopsy of the 28-year-old.
