Mexico. – Journalist Carlos Loret de Mola must report to a federal judge to testify regarding the montage of the defunp Secretary of Public Security (SSP), then headed by Genaro García Luna, in which Israel Vallarta Cisneros and French citizen Florence Cassez were allegedly arrested in 2005.
According to Ricardo Sayavedra Juárez, lawyer of Vallarta Cisneros, the communicator must report to the Third Court of district of Federal Criminal Proceedings, based in Toluca, State of Mexico to make his statement as a witness.
This following the refusal of protection last February, with which he sought to avoid presenting himself to testify, as part of the trial against Israel Vallarta Cisneros, who was co-married to the kidnapping with Florance Cassez.

Sayavedra Juárez assured that Loret de Mola should have appeared since 18 March, but due to the arrival of the COVID-19 pandemic activities in the Judiciary of the Federation were suspended so that date had to be postponed.
“Israel’s will is for Carlos Loret de Mola to show up, we know that there is not much need to know that it was a montage and media pressure, and especially the program that Loret had, he took for the fact that everything was live and that everything was true, we know that he subsequently retracted, however, we believe that it is relevant and appropriate that he present himself to give more strength to the defense of Israel,” the litigate revealed.
It was on December 9, 2005, when Carlos Loret de Mola, driving in Primero Noticias, broadcast the montage that was orchestrated by García Luna and Luis Cárdenas Palomino. After that, the journalist himself acknowledged that the media played the wrong role in the Cassez-Vallarta case.
That is why the lawyer seeks to verify that his client was subjected to violations of due process and his human rights during the operation carried out against him.
It should be noted that the operation to stop Israel Vallarta and Florance Cassez was ordered by former SSP puppet Genaro García Luna, who is currently being held in the United States on various charges such as money laundering and drug trafficking.
