Eleven people were shot dead and a woman was injured after an attack inside a night center in Jaral del Progreso, Guanajuato.
The events occurred during the early morning of this Sunday in a place called “La Cabaña del Toro”, which is located on the side of the road that leads to the municipality of Cortazar.
In a statement, guanajuato’s Attorney General’s Office detailed that among the deceased there are 7 men and 4 women. All were injured by bullet impacts. The injured woman was taken to a hospital for medical care.

The unit noted that they were aware of the attack thanks to a report made to the local emergency system.
Ministerial personnel went to the site to conduct field research and look for evidence.
The authorities secured several ballistic elements of different calibers.
The site is cordoned off by elements of the State Police and army.
According to local media, in addition to the victims there are two missing persons.
There are currently no reports of arrests.
