Mazatlan, Sinaloa.- Founded in September 2004 by Professor Sergio Diez Millán, the Academy of Basketball Tiburones celebrated its 16th anniversary last Wednesday on the court of the López Mateos.Se gave recognitions to players and alumumnos who have excelled over the years for their great performance in municipal, state, regional and national Olympic championships.

Among the winners are Ignacio Neri González, Erick Alapizco, Jesús Uriel Osuna, Leonardo García, Misael Gómez, Juan Cárdenas and Erick Espinoza Ayón.Young athletes trained in the Academy were also recognized with commitment, Jorge Osuna García, José Luis Sarmiento, Tristán Osiris González and Alan Emiliano Miramontes.

In addition, tribute was paid to team Team Mazatlan 2010 for a year of training and achievements in national disputes.
