The Coyhaique Local Prosecutor’s Office formalized four crimes on Monday, including femicide rape, of the accused Cristian Fabián Díaz, 41, who acted with great violence against the 21-year-old victim, as described by prosecutor Luis Contreras at the hearing before the Guarantee Court.
