Mexico.- For today, the No. 7 frontal system will extend as stationary from the northeast of the Gulf of Mexico to the north of Veracruz, interact with a low pressure channel in the southeast of the country, favor very heavy rains to intense points in the east and southeast of the National Territory.Also, the associated cold air mass will maintain cold environment in northern and central states of the country, fog banks in mountains in northeastern and eastern Mexico, plus north-component wind with 70 to 80 km/h streaks in the Isthmus and Gulf of Tehuantepec and streaks of 50 to 60 km/h in northern and eastern states of the country. On the other hand, low pressure channel over the northwest, west and center of the country, will cause rains in these regions.
