The Minsal also published the 60th Epidemiological Report which revealed that until 16 October Chile accumulated 553,156 cases of Covid-19 (488,190 with laboratory confirmation and 64,966 probable, without laboratory confirmation), with a rate of 2,842.8 infected per 100,000 inhabitants.
The highest cumulative incidence rates per 100,000 inhabitants, according to laboratory-confirmed cases, are found in Magellan (6,620.2), R.M. (4,030.1) and Arica and Parinacota (3718.2).
