A judge from Mexico City linked Miguel Angel “N” to trial for crimes of family violence and injuries against Erika Martínez, the spokestor of women who since 4 September have taken over the National Commission on Human Rights (CNDH).
The man has another link to sexual abuse of Erika’s daughter, which occurred in 2017 when the girl was 7 years old, but that folder is being detained, pending a protection being resolved, because there the judge discarded the evidence presented by the victims and has not issued an arrest warrant.

A third home offal investigation folder was filed. The accused of the three crimes is the brother of the ex-partner of Erika, so they lived in the same house and since then, the woman and her daughter have nowhere to live and that is why they now stay in the CNDH.
At the gates of where the hearing was, at the headquarters of the High Court of Justice located in Doctor Lavista 114, came in support of a group of less than 10 girls dressed in black and with their faces covered, belonging to the Black Bloc, the collective that keeps the building taken.

“Because of these situations that all women are going through is that we’ve been in the take of Republic of Cuba 60 and that’s where we’re going to stay until all the women are protected by our authorities,” she said as she left.
A meeting at the Ministry of the Government with the women in the CNDH is scheduled to try to negotiate the delivery of facilities later this afternoon.
In the case of Erika, she received precautionary measures so that the aggressor budget would not approach her. On December 7th there will be a new hearing, as this was the initial.
“Today my daughter’s fear, he has it. And I’m glad that the authorities are giving us an answer,” he said.
