According to the information, a citizen complaint led the Prosecutor’s Office of Investigation of Crimes Committed by Public Servants to start an investigative folder.
“The search involved ministerial staff from the Public Prosecutor’s Office for the Investigation of Crimes Committed by Public Servants of the FGJCDMX and the FGE de Morelos, as well as capitalist Investigative Police (POIs) elements and the State Criminal Investigation Police, as well as experts from both prosecutors, who attested to the insured objects,” the unit reported in a statement.

Raymundo Collins served as director of the Invi from December 2012 to July 2018, during the administration of former government chief Miguel Angel Mancera.
In July 2018 he was appointed by the interim head of government, José Ramón Amieva, as head of the Secretariat of Capital Public Security, since he left Sheinbaum at the head of the CDMX government. .
