Control judges linked to the process the two alleged perpetrators of the deaths of Yair and Hector, two minors whose remains were transported through the streets of the Historic Center on 2 November.
Baltazar “N”, 25, was arrested after public prosecutors, experts and investigating police officers established an address in the Centro colony, where traces of blood and clothing were found.

In a statement, the Prosecutor’s Office reported that the genetic tests performed confirmed that the blood stains, found in listed property, correspond to the two minors.
During his hearing, the court classified detention as legal and the Public Prosecutor’s Office filed an allegation for possible crimes against health, in its form of drug trafficking, trade-based possession hypotheses, and bribery.
After setting him as a precautionary measure in prison, the court determined a period of 15 days for the closure of the supplementary investigation.

While Edgar “N”, aka the “Zúñiga”, to whom the Prosecutor’s Office charged him with the crime of intentional manslaughter, the judge issued pre-trial detention and was linked to trial.
The deadline for the closure of the additional investigation set by the judge was three months.
