Mercy, Mich. – Investigative work carried out by the Attorney General’s Office of the State of Michoacán (FGE) allowed the arrest in Nuevo León, of a person of the male sex, for his possible relationship in the crime of murder of a minor person, committed in the grievance of his brother, in the municipality of La Piedad.
According to the data contained in the Research Folder, on October 23rd, César Eduardo V., and B.M.V.M. of 16 years, held an argument while they were at their home located in the Centro colony of that municipality; at one point, the investigated injured the child with a sharp weapon, causing him to die; after the fact, the assailant fled the place.
After the events, the Regional Prosecutor’s Office began the investigations, which allowed to establish the possible relationship of César Eduardo V., in the murder, who was known to be in Apodaca, Nuevo León.
Therefore, an arrest warrant against him was sought before the Supervisory Judge, which was completed by staff of the institution in collaboration with authorities of the Prosecutor’s Office of that entity.
The detainee shall be brought before the court pending a decision on his legal situation.
