According to reports from the newspaper Reforma, Camilo “N”, Juan Manuel “N” and Raúl “N” were initially arrested, and hours later the Attorney General’s Office of the State of Mexico (FGJEM) made a fourth arrest, of Herón “N”.
FGJEM explained that apprehension orders were completed as a result of an investigation conducted in conjunction with the Ministry of Security for the lifeless finding of a person deprived of liberty in the Santiaguito Penal.
The deceased man had been arrested for his alleged involvement in the murder of Luis Miranda, and his body was found hanging from the bars of a window on August 17.
Authorities initially reported the death as a suicide, however days later they reported that the alleged murderer’s body had a number of injuries, including a blow to the head that caused his death.

According to the authorities, the motive for Luis Miranda Cardoso’s murder was the theft of home room, a hypothesis that was strengthened by the evidence gathered by the Investigative Police and Experts.
A second person was arrested last August for her likely involvement in the notary’s murder. Edgar “N” is available to the Judicial Authority in the Penal of Tenango, in the State of Mexico.
A third person involved, Raúl Agustín “N”, was arrested on 3 September and was also transferred to the Penal de Tenango.
