The verificentros of the State of Mexico will suspend activities from this Saturday, December 19, and until January 10, 2021, as a preventive measure to reduce COVID-19 contagions.
The Edomex went to red light, so there will be temporary suspension of non-essential economic activities.

Motorists who had appointments to check from December 19 to 31 of this year will be able to verify once they resume activities, Edomex’s Air Pollution Control Directorate reported.

He asked the public to keep an eye on posts on social media, where more details about verification, validity, and circulation will be reported.
The verificentros of Mexico City will continue to provide the service from Monday to Saturday, from 8:00 to 20:00 hours, however, the vehicle verification citizen service windows will be closed until January 15, 2021.
The Environment Secretariat (Sedema) of the country’s capital reported that a “Provisional Consistency for Circular” may be obtained.
