Jacona, Mich. – The Attorney General’s Office of the State of Michoacán (FGE) obtained a link to prosecution against two male persons for their possible relationship in the crime of aggravated kidnapping, which occurred in the municipality of Jacona.
According to the evidence, on October 10 of this annuity, Jorge Alberto R., was in the vicinity of the Centro colony, when he was surprised by Pablo Rafael A., and Carlos Fernando G., who deprived him of his freedom and moved him in a blue Volkswagen vehicle to Rio Coatzacoalcos street, of that municipality , place where he was deprived of life.
The Regional Prosecutor’s Office, which carried out investigations, was made aware of this murder, managing to establish the possible relationship of the accused in the crime, who were arrested in compliance with an arrest warrant issued by a Judge of Control.
At the hearing, the court determined that there is sufficient evidence relating to those previously identified in the offence, and therefore resolved its link to the proceedings, established informal pre-trial detention and established a period of one month for the closure of the supplementary investigation.
