Uruapan, Mich. – The Attorney General’s Office of the State of Michoacán (FGE) obtains from a Control Judge linked to prosecution against Jonathan Raúl P., for his possible relationship in the crime of vehicle theft; events that occurred on December 13th, in this city.
On the day on appointment, the victim was stationed aboard his Yamaha-branded motorcycle, on Maruata Avenue, in the Santa Barbara colony, when at one point he became aware of the presence of a white Ford-branded pickup truck from which the investigated man descended, who alanched him with a firearm to strip him of the unit and then run away in the direction of the East Pound.
This crime was reported to the Regional Prosecutor’s Office of Uruapan, which carried out investigations, managing to collect evidence of the possible relationship of the fact-out investigated, who was arrested in compliance with a court order.
At the hearing, a Control Judge rated each of the evidence provided by the Prosecutor’s Office, which allowed it to be linked to prosecution, to establish informal pre-trial detention as a precautionary measure and to establish a period of three months for the supplementary investigation.
