According to preliminary reports, they established that the plastic bags, wrapped with cinnamon tape, were abandoned during the early morning of this Tuesday in an alley that connects to Avenida Ignacio Pichardo Cruz, corner of Avenida Eje 8 and Privada San Luis.
Apparently the message is attributed to an organized crime group operating in the area. The site was guarded by municipal, state and National Guard (GN) agents, while staff from the Attorney General’s Office initiated the respective investigations. The remains will be transferred to the amphitheatre, where it will be determined whether they correspond to the same person. The uniforms set up a security device to prevent curious people from approaching photographs and remained waiting for expert services from the Attorney General’s Office (FGJ) of the State of Mexico.
