Puruándiro, Michoacán. – The Attorney General’s Office of the State of Michoacán (FGE) obtained a link to the process against José Refugio “N”, for its possible relationship in the crime of equated rape, unlawful committed in the grievance of its 8-year-old stepdaughter, in the municipality of Puruándiro.
According to evidence that they are part of the Research Folder, on December 15 of this year, while they were at their home located in a locality of that municipality, the investigated attacked his stepdaughter sexually taking advantage of the that the mother of the latter was not.
These facts were reported to the Regional Prosecutor’s Office of La Piedad, which initiated the respective Investigation Folder and carried out acts of inquiry that allowed to establish the possible relationship of José Refugio “N”, of whom the respective arrest warrant was requested before a Control Judge.
The detainee was brought before the court which, after assessing each of the evidence provided by the Public Prosecutor’s Office, resolved its link to the proceedings, established informal pre-trial detention and established two months as the deadline for the closure of the supplementary investigation.
