According to reports from the newspaper Reforma, at approximately 11:15 on Wednesday the authorities received reports alerting to the discovery of “suspicious packages” at the crossroads of Cerro Santa Ana and Cerro Quemado streets.
Upon going to the site to verify the report, policemen found the black plastic bags on the farms located at 284 and 286 Cerro Santa Ana Street.
Tlajomulco paramedics confirmed that the bags contained human remains, without specifying the number of victims or their characteristics.

In a second operation, authorities located another clandestine pit, on a farm located in Prolongación Hacienda Juchipila, in Villas de la Hacienda.
The farm was located on Tuesday afternoon, and is currently protected by the Jalisco Prosecutor’s Office, without a report on the number of human remains found.
