The Capital Council reported that among the recommendations issued by the Cenace are: turn off the lights that are not being used; Disconnect electronic devices that are not required; Close curtains and blinds to conserve heat; Decrease or shut down non-essential production processes.

It is important to support the population and industry to reduce non-essential electricity consumption, in the face of rotating and random load cuts that will be carried out as reported by the National Center.
The states that will have the controlled power outages this February 16 at the aforementioned time will be: Aguascalientes, Colima, Estado de México, Guanajuato, Guerrero, Jalisco, Michoacán, Nayarit, Puebla, Querétaro, San Luis Potosí and Zacatecas.
