For today, the cold air mass that propelled the cold front No. 36, will begin to modify its characteristics, however, it will continue to generate cold environment with frosts at dawn in high parts of the Mesa del Norte and Mesa Central, as well as very strong “North” event in the Isthmus and Gulf of Tehuantepec, and north component wind in the Yucatan Peninsula, leading to rains in those regions.
On the other hand, a new cold front (No. 37) is forecast to enter the northwest of the country, causing strong wind gusts in that region.
