Morelia, Michoacán.- In order to have experience of people with great affection for its city and its municipality, the Municipal President, Humberto Arróniz Reyes, in the company of the Trustee, Labinia Aranda Ortega and the Technical Secretary, Elvia Higuera Pérez, installed the selection committee of new members of the Citizen Council of Morelia in the room of Cabildo, so they reported it in a statement
The Mayor expressed that this citizen body is characterized by being talented and dedicated to the challenges that arise in the Government of Morelia because the Citizen Council of the Municipality allows to go for expert opinion and consultation with great value.
Arróniz Reyes emphasized that the best that any government can have is a large group of directors who generate proposals and initiatives from each area that has a City Council and gathers experience of professionals.
It desed success in the work to select the 75 new members of that Council and their subsequent integration into the 15 working committees. Work to create two new areas such as the Youth Commission and the Gender Equity Commission.
