Morelia, Mich. – Result of investigations, the Attorney General’s Office of the State of Michoacán (FGE), through the Prosecutor’s Office of Doloso Homicide, managed to arrest a male person, allegedly responsible for the murder of a man, in Morelia.
Francisco Javier G., was arrested in compliance with an arrest warrant, as there are conclusive elements of his possible involvement in the murder of José Martín D., perpetrated on December 4, 2020, in the Unión Antorchista colony.
During the investigations it was established that, on that day, José Martín D., was in the company of the investigated in an address located in the aforementioned settlement, when at a certain time, the latter began to strike, injure with a punctured weapon and suffocate the aggrieved person, managing to deprive him of life; facts that gave rise to the respective Research Folder.
