On Monday at 1950, 732,500 new doses of the Sputnik V vaccine arrived in the country from Russia on the second Flight of Aerolíneas Argentinas that departed over the weekend. This is the largest shipment that came from Moscow since December, when the first doses arrived to start vaccinating health workers.
This afternoon’s flight consists of 702,400 units of the first component of the Sputnik V and 30,100 units of the second. The flight that arrived yesterday, meanwhile, brought 147,600 units of the first component of the vaccine and 369,900 doses of the complementary. This shipment completes the arrival of 2,470,540 of the Russian vaccine from 1,660,540 of the first dose and 810,000 of the second.

So far the country received 4,050,540 doses of vaccines, among those previously mentioned in Sputnik V; one million Sinopharm that according to each district’s criteria will be for teachers; and 580,000 from Covishield.Argentina inoculated 1,099,984 people until 1 March, spread over 801,714 people with the first dose and 298,270 people with the second dose.
