North Korea. – North Korea will have no attempt to contact the United States unless it leaves its “hostile policy” with the country, and unveiled a senior North Korean civil service shortly before U.S. President Joe Biden’s emissaries have a series of meetings in Seoul.
“No contact or dialogue between the United States and North Korea can take place until the United States puts an end to its hostile policy with North Korea,” said North Korean Foreign Minister Choe Son Hui, according to statements made by South Korean agency Yonhap.
On Tuesday, Kim Yo Jong, the sister of North Korean leader Kim Jong Un, told the U.S. administration not to “spread the smell of gunpowder on our land” if it wants to “sleep in peace for the next four years.”

Kim Yo Jong’s statement, his brother’s key adviser, was the first mention of the new administration in Washington, nearly four months after Joe Biden’s election.
