Morelia, Michoacán.-This Saturday will start in Morelia the vaccination day with 11 positions distributed throughout the municipality, health authorities reported the three levels of government.
At a press conference, Roberto Pantoja Arzola, delegate of federal programs in Michoacán, explained that the 11 vaccination centers will have the capacity to serve 975 adults over 60 in a day and that the biological that will be applied will be of the Pfizer brand.
He stated that all beneficiaries who have already registered on the national My Vaccine platform will be called by phone between Thursday and Friday this week to let them know where and when they will receive their dose.
Therefore, it asked the population to avoid long lines, as vaccination centres will operate from 9:00 to 16:00 hours and will only have the 975 doses corresponding to the older adults registered on the platform per day.
On the headquarters, the municipal president of Morelia, Humberto Arróniz Reyes, detailed that they are: Fairgrounds, in the town of Goleta de Charo; Venustiano Carranza Stadium; University City; Morelia Poliforum; Cecytem 12, located on Rondanilla Street of the Ciudad Jardín colony; Federal High School 14, in Villas del Pedregal; Benito Juárez School, in Colonia Trincheras; Federal High School No. 5, in the Chapultepec colony; Monarchs hall of Capula; Salon Fray Antonio de Veracruz, in the tenure of Tiripetío and the Salon of Multiple Uses of Teremendo de Los Reyes.

On the documentation, the authorities said that they should only carry their registration sheet and voting credential, for the sole purpose of verifying their identity and once they receive their vaccine, they should wait half an hour to verify that they have no adverse effects.
Questioned about how each older adult will know where their vaccination post is, they said that a colony pattern will be made public shortly, and in the phone call made by federation staff, they will be told which module is closest.
It should be noted that in Morelia it is estimated that there are about 110 thousand adults over 60 years of age and on the platform there are registered 88 thousand and in this first stage of vaccination will put 33 thousand doses.
