The Ministry of Health of the Nation issued the report on Sunday with the situation of Covid-19 in Argentina and confirmed that 4,032 new cases of coronavirus were recorded and that 28 people died from the disease in the last 24 hours.

With these figures, 54,545 have died since the start of the pandemic and 2,245,771 cases of contagion of which 161,073 are active positive cases and 2,030,153 are recovered patients. In turn, the health portfolio indicated that 3,534 are interned in intensive care units representing an adult bed occupancy rate of 54.9% in Nation and 59.9% in AMBA, both for the public and private sectors.
As for the number of tests carried out, the Ministry led by Carla Vizzotti reported that on the day 31,233 diagnostic tests were carried out for coronavirus disease by scaling the total number of tests since the beginning of the outbreak to 8,340,398.Finally, on the national vaccination plan, the health portfolio reported that the total number of applications of Covid-19 vaccines is 3,134,454. In that line the people who received a dose are 2,528,096 while those vaccinated with the two doses are 606,358.
