The deputies who are members of that committee in the Congress of the State, noted that they will act in accordance with the provisions of the Law, that they will work to forced marches to maintain governance in those municipalities that have mayor on leave and appoint the provisional president.
The president of the Governance Commission, Ms. Cristina Portillo Ayala, said that in this Commission they will act on the basis of the Law and appoint substitute mayors as stipulated in article 50 of the Municipal Organic Law of the state of Michoacán.
In this sense, in the municipalities of Lagunillas, where the constitutional president is María Macarena Chávez Flores; Los Reyes, where the constitutional president is César Enrique Palafox Quintero y Tacámbaro, where the constitutional president is Salvador Barrera Medrano, who asked for leave to leave his post indefinitely, the proposal for provisional mayors was already sent to the Congress of the State by the Secretary General of the CDE of the PAN in Michoacán, Teresita de Jesús Herrera Maldonado.
Meanwhile for the municipalities of Panindicuaro, where the constitutional president is Héctor Johnny Ayala Miranda and in Epitacio Huerta, where the constitutional president is Margarito Fierros Tano, who asked for leave to leave office indefinitely, the proposal for provisional mayors was already sent to the State Congress by the Secretary General of the CEN of MORENA , Minerva Citlalli Hernández Mora.
While as far as the municipality of Jacinta is concerned, where the constitutional president is Adriana Campos Huirache, who applied for leave to leave office indefinitely, the proposal for provisional mayors was already sent to the State Congress by the president of the PRI CDE, Jesús Hernández Peña.
