In order to obtain the Single Collective Permit (PUC), the total number of workers of the undertaking, the number of essential workers requiring such leave and the essential work carried out by that official shall be reported.
Essential activity means those that cannot be carried out telematically and which are essential. So they are left out administrative, accounting, financial and advisory and consulting tasks. This applies to both public and private sector workers.
Essential turns relating to the retail sale of clothing and accessories shall be temporarily eliminated; footwear in specialized trade; wholesale of perfumes, vanity and cosmetics. This measure will govern for 15 days and after them its continuity will be evaluated.
The definition of essential goods for domestic use will be restricted, remaining as those goods or services that are intended to be used by people within the domicile, in communes that are in phase 1 or 2 of the Paso a Paso Plan, and that are essential for subsistence (food, medicines, toiletries and personal hygiene), telework, distance education and the conservation and security of the property”.
Products marketed in supermarkets in phase 1 and 2 communes shall be limited, allowing the sale of qualifying products within the new definition of essential household goods and services (including supermarkets).
Retailers shall require the general travel permit or essential wholesaler PUC from those persons wishing to enter them.
