A remissman from the city of La Plata is accused of entering to rob an address in the provincial capital and beating the 23-year-old daughter of the couple residing in the house located at 75th Street between 21 and 22. It happened on the morning of this Saturday.
The couple, clients of the alleged femidide identified as Marcelo Saleh, hired their remis this morning to move to Florence Varela. Once the trip was over, they would have forgotten a kidney with their belongings and the keys to their house in Saleh’s vehicle.

Hours later and with the absent couple he went to the home to steal. Upon arrival she noticed that the house was not alone but that there was Ayelén Estefanía Arredondo, the 23-year-old daughter of the marriage. When the young woman noticed Saleh’s presence, she began an argument that ended in a brutal beating to Ayelén that lost her life on the spot. Official sources assured that the 55-year-old man “defigured his face in shock.”
The alleged femidide attempted to escape the site but was intercepted by the neighbors who reduced him until bonaerense police arrived for his arrest. The remissman carried with him the house key set, a barreta, seals and gloves.
“Yeyé”, as she was known by family and friends, studied law at the Faculty of Legal Sciences of La Plata, as Clarín indicated. His parents had gone to visit a brother of his, arrested in Florence Varela.The alleged killer was arrested on charges of “homicide on the occasion of robbery”. The case is investigated by UFI 5 of La Plata.
