Morelia, Michoacán.- Although last Friday night the Superior Chamber of the Electoral Court of the Judiciary of the Federation (TEPJF), determined that the National Electoral Institute (INE) should revalue the sanctions imposed on Félix Salgado Macedonio and Raúl Morón Orozco for having presented out of time the reports of pre-campaign expenses, there is still no date for this body to analyze the issue.
The deadline set by the TEPJF was 48 hours, however, neither on the social networks of the INE nor on the page there is information on the session that the General Council would have to make to determine the new sanction, which definitely cannot be to prevent its registration as a candidate.

In its defence, the INE commented that at 18:00 a.m. on Sunday it was informed of the decision of the Electoral Tribunal of the Judiciary of the Federation (TEPJF) of the decision adopted by the Superior Chamber, so the session could be between This Monday or Tuesday, but there is still nothing concrete.
It should be noted that since Sunday night they are located outside the facilities of INE Raúl Morón Orozco, Félix Salgado Macedonio and the national leader of Morena, Mario Delgado Carrillo.
