By this Saturday, the Thirteenth Winter Storm is forecast to be located north of Coahuila. In interaction with front No. 54 over northeastern Mexico, they will generate heavy to very heavy rains accompanied by electric shocks, hail drop and strong winds in areas of Coahuila, Nuevo León and Tamaulipas.
In addition, favourable conditions will persist for the formation of whirlwinds in areas of those states. Low pressure channels and the ingress of moisture from both oceans, will produce heavy rains to very strong in the east and southeast of Mexico, with intense punctualities in Chiapas. Finally, an anticyclonic circulation at medium levels of the atmosphere will maintain a hot to very hot evening environment in much of the country, with maximum temperatures of 40 to 45oC in areas of Michoacán, Hidalgo, Oaxaca, Chiapas, Veracruz, Tabasco, Campeche and Yucatan.

Baja California Peninsula: Sky partially cloudy most of the day and no rain. Cold atmosphere at dawn in Baja California mountains. Warm in the afternoon in most of the peninsula and hot in coastal areas. West component wind of 15 to 30 km/h in the region, with streaks of 70 to 80 km/h in Baja California and streaks of 50 to 60 km/h in Baja California Sur.
North Pacific: Clear morning sky and half cloudy in the afternoon. Cold atmosphere at sunrise over Sonoran mountains and warm to hot in the afternoon over coastal areas. It will dominate southwestern wind from 15 to 30 km/h in the region, with streaks of 70 to 80 km/h and hoppers in Sonora.
Pacific Center: Clear sky most of the day. Cool atmosphere in the morning and hot to very hot in the afternoon. West wind from 15 to 30 km/h in the region, with streaks of 50 to 60 km/h in Nayarit and Jalisco.
South Pacific: Cloudy sky in the afternoon with heavy spot rains in Chiapas, very strong in Oaxaca and showers in Guerrero, all accompanied by descarelectric gas, strong winds and likely hail drop. Cool atmosphere at dawn with fog banks over mountains and hot to very hot in the afternoon in coastal areas. South component wind from 10 to 25 km/h in the region, with streaks of 40 km/h on the coast of Oaxaca.
Gulf of Mexico: Cloudy sky most of the day. Very heavy spot rains in Tamaulipas and Veracruz, as well as forts in Tabasco, all accompanied by electric shocks and possible hail drop.
