Seconds after entering the car, a woman who was in the co-driver’s seat was assaulted with punches and pushes until she was ejected from the vehicle. After joining and searching for his belongings on the floor, the video shows the return of the car and introduces the attempted assailant to upload the objects again. Upon nod, the affected woman took her purse and walked away from the area. The victim noted that the guy recognized as Diego was under the influence of alcohol and aggressive, an attitude intensified by a notification of his cell phone. “When a message came to my cell phone, he got more angry and wanted to snatch my device, he started assaulting me, first he threw my suitcase out of the gym and my bag to the sidewalk and then he threw me out into the street,” he said. On this Sunday afternoon, the affected person and her family came to the Specialized Prosecutor’s Office on gender-based violence care in the State of Mexico to report the aggressor. The young woman stressed that these kinds of aggressions are not normal and should be punished, referred to their aggressor “still partying with her friends, as if it were cause for celebration.”
