Morelia, Michoacán.- The candidate for mayor of Morelia by the MORENA-PT coalition, Iván Pérez Negrón shared his proposals to convert the capital as a cultural and educational city of Mexico.
 
“My commitment is to make Morelia the cultural and educational capital of Mexico, our municipality will become the preferred city for cultural tourism,” said candidate Iván Pérez Negrón.
 
The candidate for the municipal presidency, noted that hand in hand with the Michoacana University of San Nicolás de Hidalgo (UMSNH), he will seek the creation of the Technical Council of Government Management, which includes the scientists and researchers of the institution for the development of the city, as well as promote the issuance of certificates to facilitate income to labor centers.
 
“From the hand of the University we will promote economic development actions for Morelia and achieve a sustainable, productive and inclusive municipality,” said Pérez Negrón during his meeting with the General Council of the Teachers’ Union of michoacana University (SPUM).
 
In our government, we will support young graduates so that they can access decent and well-paid jobs, which contribute to the development of the capital, stop the flight of Capital and Morelian Talent, recovering the local economy together; that’s the transformation plan we represent in Morena, and that we’ll start for Morelia from June 6.
