Zamora, Michoacán.- In front of dozens of workers in the camp, Yolanda Guerrero Barrera, candidate for federal deputy for District 5 Zamora with Morena party, said that as they are the fundamental pillar of food sovereignty, they must have greater support from the authorities.
In a statement they reported that the candidate visited berries fields, as well as other products that are sown in this region of Zamora, where it was received by producer Antonio Sámano, who gave her a tour of the greenhouses and part of the structures where they dehydrate fruits.

The workers presented Yolanda Guerrero Barrera with their different needs and especially the supports they have been losing with the change of authorities, as they previously received help from the municipal government.
Yolanda Barrera Warrior, for his part, said that “we all depend directly on the countryside, because the food consumed in cities comes directly from the countryside, so all the support is required, both for the producer and the worker, who are directly involved.”
Therefore, the candidate took the commitment if she won, to review how support can be given to workers in the Zamorano camp.
