Zitácuaro, Michoacán.- The Attorney General’s Office of the State of Michoacán (FGE) obtained from a Control Judge, linked to prosecution against a person of the male sex, for his possible relationship in the crime of Sexual Abuse, committed in the grievance of a 7-year-old girl.
It is apparent from the investigations that, on 13 February 2021, at an address in the municipality of Senguio, the aggrieved person was in the company of Bruno “N”, who took the opportunity to sexually abuse her, as well as threatening to harm her if she recounted what had happened.

The Regional Prosecutor’s Office, which immediately began the corresponding proceedings, was aware of these facts, which allowed the defendant to be kept possible in the event, and the respective arrest warrant was requested, which was completed by staff of the institution.
Bruno “N” was presented to the Chief Control Judge who, once he valued each of the evidence submitted by the Prosecutor’s Office, resolved his link to the process, set precautionary measures and established a period of one month for the further investigation.
