translated from Spanish: Morenistas criminally report Silvano Aureoles for alleged threats

Uruapan, Michoacán.- Morenistas in Michoacán released a series of threats that have received from Silvano Aureoles Conejo, which is why they will report the governor to the Attorney General’s Office of the Republic, and to the Specialized Prosecutor’s Office on Electoral Crimes (FEPADE), reported in a statement.
At a press conference, Morena’s national leader, Mario Delgado Carrillo, and Morena-PT’s gubernatour candidate Alfredo Ramírez Bedolla denounced that via text messages Silvano Aureoles has directed threats against morenists who have been critical of his performance as governor.
Giulianna Bugarini, and Alfredo Ramirez himself presented to the media the messages they have received from the governor, with phrases such as “rest for today nothing else”, and “see you soon, miserable”. Morena’s candidate for local deputy, Juan Carlos Barragán, has also been threatened.

The authenticity of the messages, sent from Silvano Aureoles’ personal telephone number, has been certified to a notary public, so they consider they have strong evidence to legally proceed against the governor.
The morenists noted that the governor’s threatening action is systematic, as he has also frightened entrepreneurs, media executives, and PRD militants who have expressed an interest in joining Morena.
“The Governor is operating for the benefit of his candidate Carlos Herrera, thus violent the fairness of the contest, which is why we will also file a complaint with FEPADE,” Ramirez Bedolla said.
Mario Delgado and Alfredo Ramírez, also accompanied by Morena’s state leader, Raúl Morón Orozco, and Uruapan’s candidate for municipal president, Ignacio Campos, called on those threatened by the governor to denounce intimidating acts, “because it is inadmissible to live in a state of threat”.
