If the opinion of the underground section of Line 12 is favourable, the Metro may restart service in the stretch of Mixcoac to Tláhuac, and a Metrobus and RTP line would be enabled in the Tláhuac-Atlalilco section, reported Andrés Lajous, holder of the Secretariat of Mobility.
Metrobus and RTP service will be free so that users do not make a double payment.

On Avenida Tláhuac, capital government personnel are already observed to provide a lane for public transport and Metrobus buses perform operational test tours.
In videoconference, Andrés Lajous detailed that in the terminal of Tláhuac already enabled a space where the buses can operate and later the operational scheme will be detailed.
Specialists from the Norwegian company DNV, staff from the Collective Transport System and the Public Prosecutor’s Office will be on Tuesday on the elevated stretch of Line 12, reported Myriam Urzúa, Secretary of Integral Risk Management and Capital Civil Protection.
Every day, some 200,000 people used Line 12, most of them to get from their homes in Tláhuac, Iztapalapa or Chalco to their workplace or studio.
After the fall of the trabe, which left 26 people dead and more than 80 injured, those inhabitants returned to the bus, which involves more hours of travel, tiredness and missed hours.
