Mexico.- With the unconformation of five judges, the Electoral Tribunal of the Judiciary of the Federation (TEPJF) faces a crisis, especially by the decision of Judge President José Luis Vargas.This May 19, five of the seven judges of the Superior Chamber, Reyes Rodríguez, Felipe de la Mata, Janine Otálora, Indalfer Infante and Felipe Fuentes, were disjoined for the third time , in less than three months, with decisions described as unilateral and driven by the Judge President, José Luis Vargas.
