Tuxtla Gutierrez.- The Electoral Tribunal of the Judiciary of the Federation (TEPJF) upheld the judgment of the Electoral Tribunal of the state of Chiapas (TEECH) against the municipal president of Bochil, Gildardo Zenteno Moreno, for the improper obstruction in the exercise of his charges and for political violence on the reason of gender. At the public session held on Friday by the videoconference system, from the Xalapa Regional Chamber, TEPJF judges ratified the sanction issued by the local body against the edil chiapaneco.
