The spokesman for the “Socialists for Jadue” faction, Cecilia Toro, filed an appeal for protection against her party during this day to defend before the Court of Appeals of Santiago her freedom to support the presidential candidacy of the flag bearer of the Communist Party (PC), Daniel Jadue.
As he recounted on his Twitter account, he brought the action against the PS, under the chairmanship of Alvaro Elizalde, for “a serious violation of the fundamental rights and violation of HRDh, contained in the supreme court decision seeking to expel it from the Socialist Party”.

In the action she asks, the lawyer who represents her, Enzo Varens, details that Toro has expressed in various internal instances, through the representation of the aforementioned internal faction, the option of the PS granting freedom to militancy to “democratically” lean towards the presidential candidacy of Jadue, in the breakment of Paula Narváez.
