Pappo’s son, Luciano Napolitano, was arrested on Monday on charges of locking up, threatening death and brutally beating his partner, a woman he lived with four years ago in a house in the Bonaerian town of Benavídez.The attack began last Sunday at the home they both shared. According to police sources to Infobae, the 46-year-old man, in addition to hurting her in various parts of the body, kept her locked in the living room for more than 24 hours.
The man began to harass and insult the woman until he threatened her with death. Then he reduced it and led to a brutal beating. The victim had to be rescued 24 hours later, on Monday about 4 p.m., by the Benavídez Sectional Police while the defendant was on the road. The investigation of the case was left to prosecutors, Diego Callegari and Mariela Miozzo, members of the UFI specializing in Gender Violence in the town of Tigre, who after ordering a break-in to the singer’s home found an illegal revolver.

For his part, Napolitano denied keeping the woman kidnapped: “She could leave whenever she wanted,” the defendant told the judicial officer and assured that they “only argued” with his girlfriend. He also said the weapon he had inherited it about 15 years ago. The defendant is still being held at Tigre police station.
