The Government of Mexico City reported that on Tuesday, June 1, the first dose of the COVID vaccine will begin to be given to adults 40 to 49 years of age in the mayoralties of Cuajimalpa, Coyoacán, Milpa Alta and Magdalena Contreras.
In these four mayoralties, the biological AstraZeneca, whose interval between the two doses is 8 to 12 weeks, will be applied.

The vaccine shall be applied in accordance with the initial of the first surname:
A, B, C: June 1.
D, E, F, G: June 2.
H, I, J, K, L, M: June 3.
N, O, P, Q, R, S: June 4.
T, U, V, W, X, Y, Z and laggards: June 5.
These are the designated seats for each mayor’s office:
Coyoacán: Exhibition Center of Ciudad Universitaria and CENCIS Marina.
Milpa Alta: Deportivo Villa Milpa Alta.
Cuajimalpa: Expo Santa Fe.
Magdalena Contreras: Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México (ITAM) Campus Santa Teresa.
To be vaccinated, individuals must wear CURP, prove age with identification or birth certificate, as well as prove mayoral residency.

Second dose in three mayoralties
The capital authorities also reported that from Tuesday 1 June to Saturday 5 June the second dose of AstraZeneca vaccine will be applied to people over 60 years of age in the mayoralty of Benito Juárez, Alvaro Obregón and Cuauhtémoc.
People registered in these mayors will receive a message with the location, day and vaccination schedule from this Saturday, May 29.
