Morelia, Mich. – The Attorney General’s Office of the State of Michoacán (FGE) obtained a link to the trial against a José Refugio A., for its possible relationship in the murder of José Juan P., committed in this city.
On 5 April of this annuity, the aggrieved man came in the company of his sister and another person, to a wasteland of the pablo Galeana colony, where José Refugio A., who had previously stripped him of a bicycle he owned, was located.
After making some claims and demanding that the bicycle return to him, José Refugio A., he refused and subsequently took a brick with which he hit José Juan P. in the head, to immediately escape; the aggrieved person was transferred to a nosocomio for his medical care, where he died the next day from a brain haemorrhage, a left parietal fracture secondary to severe head trauma.
Of these facts, the Prosecutor’s Office for Intentional Homicide, which was part of the respective Investigation Folder, took note of the possible involvement of the investigated in the offence that the Act designates as Simple Homicide, and therefore requested an apprehension order against him.

After his arrest, José Refugio A., he was presented to the court that resolved his connection to the proceedings, fixed informal pre-trial detention and set a three-month deadline for the closure of the investigation.
