Music, acting or fashion. In either of the three areas Harry Styles breaks it. That’s why he’s the new protagonist of Filo.Música.Hailing from a Holmes Chapel, a town of about 6,000 people in the UK, he rose to fame at the age of 16 after auditioning for The X Factor, the talent reality show created by Simon Cowell. From there came One Direction, the boyband that was completed by Liam Payne, Zayn Malik, Niall Horan and Louis Tomlinson, and that in the 2010s “fought” for the admiration of the fans against the Jonas Brothers or Justin Bieber.
They didn’t win the contest but they did get more recognition than Matt Cardle, who did come out on top. In 2011 they debuted with “What Makes You Beautiful” and by 2014 they were already visiting Argentina for the first time. But fulfilling that “curse” that come with bands that emerge from realities, by 2015 they were without their first member: Zayn Malik abandoned them to continue their solo career. What followed that was one more album as a quartet and a separation from which they never returned. By 2017 Harry was debuting as a solo artist with a self-titled album and opening a stage of individual professional brilliance difficult to placate.
To his musical career was added his foray into acting (he started with a supporting role in a Christopher Nolan movie) and fashion with Gucci. But in case there were any doubts that Harry is a different we throw you a couple of random facts: he imitates Mick Jagger very well, he encouraged himself to a truth / eat disgusting things with his ex Kendall Jenner live and even hugged Gandalf. Give it, still don’t you want it one little bit?
