Michoacán.- Without clarifying the cost overrun in the works carried out in the municipality of Tuxpan, Michoacán when he served as Municipal President in the period 2012-2015, Carlos Paredes Correa, asks for the vote again for the position that he already exercised and that concluded with accusations in the PGR and the Specialized Prosecutor’s Office for the Attention of Electoral Crimes (Fepade) for the construction of at least ten works , five of which went from a real cost of 65.5 million to 146.5 million pesos, reflecting an otherwise irregular increase of 81 million pesos.
Until today Paredes Correa, standard-bearer of the alliance formed by the PRI, PAN and PRD to the Municipal Presidency of Tuxpan, has not clarified the overprices in the works, in which he incurred in the allocation of the works, but he wants to repeat in the position, denounced the Association of Livestock and Agricultural Producers of Eastern Michoacan.
The works executed were carried out by the companies Ingeniería de Soluciones Estratégicas Pa&Nor Sa de CV, Idemich Sa de CV and Lumiamper Sa de CV.

Under the shadow of this unclear administrative process, the construction of Morelos Avenue went from a real cost of 10.5 million pesos, increased to 23 million pesos; in the case of the Women’s Justice Center, it was increased to 10 million pesos; the construction of the auditorium in the CBTF of Hidalgo from 3.5 million pesos went to 8 million; the construction of the La Corucha-Jacuarillo road with a real cost of 15 million pesos was increased to 35 million pesos and the construction of the hydraulic collector with a real budgeted cost of 30.5 million pesos, inflated it to 60 million pesos.
At that time, in May 2015, after the denunciation of PRI senators Jesús Casillas Romero and Agustín Trujillo Íñiguez, they presented a point of agreement in which they urged the then PGR and fepade to carry out the corresponding investigations because the Chamber of Deputies approved an extraordinary allocation for Tuxpan. , resources that they exercised in works inflated in costs and with alleged “moches”.
