Los Mochis, Sin.- Former PRI candidate Bernardino Antelo Esper wishes the virtual winner of the electoral contest in district 03, Cesar Ismael Guerrero, every success so that he can do a decent job in the Legislature for the benefit of the people of Ahomense. Berna Antelo thanked all the women and men of this district, who stood shoulder to shoulder with him, during his election campaign in search of victory. He also recognized his close team for never leaving him alone and having given his best effort for 60 days.

The Ahomense politician regretted the acts of violence recorded during the day of last Sunday, June 6, but expressed his confidence that the authorities will be in charge of carrying out an investigation into these events.
