Morelia, Michoacan .- A woman was found dead and with traces of violence during the night of last Saturday, she was lying on uninhabited land, located between the Satellite colony and the Jardines de La Aldea subdivision, in the northeastern area of Morelia, said contacts close to police authorities.
It was learned that the deceased lay on the site known as “El Sabino”, located a few meters from a dirt road adjacent to the Rio Grande, and in the vicinity of Oriente 6 Street in the Ciudad Industrial neighborhood.
Sources said one person made the finding and immediately reported it to the emergency number 911. Afterwards, patrolmen arrived at the scene along with paramedics, who confirmed the death of the deceased, who was found to have a gunshot wound to the head.
