During the presentation of the point of agreement Ávila González highlighted that the City of Morelia, has every day fewer large areas of green areas, which serve as lungs for the city.
Currently the area of green areas per inhabitant of the City of Morelia corresponds to 2.6 square meters, while the recommendation of the World Health Organization is 9 to 12 square meters per person; that is, the city lacks 72% of green areas that ensure the quality of life of the inhabitants, he said.
