Mexico City is the entity with the highest number of active cases (6,810), followed by Tabasco (2,407), Baja California Sur (2,133), Yucatán (1,783), Tamaulipas (1,355), Quintana Roo (1,353), State of Mexico (1,289) and Sonora (1071); these entities account for 76% of the country’s estimated 25,368 active cases. 

Mexico City records the majority of cumulative cases and alone accounts for 27% of all cases registered by residence entity. 
General bed occupancy is 16 per cent; while ventilator beds record an occupancy of 13%, which means 1% less than yesterday. Health estimates that the number of hospital occupancies was reduced by 87%, compared to the highest reported figure recorded in January 2021.
The Ministry of Health reports that from this Monday, June 21, until Sunday, July 4, 19 states are in green color of the Epidemic Risk Traffic Light; five in orange and eight in yellow. No status is in red on high alert.

As of 9:00 p.m. on Sunday, 195,254 vaccines against COVID were administered, this adds up to 40,227,974 biologicals supplied since December 24, 2020.

This means that 27 million 896 thousand 212 people — representing 31% of the population over the age of 18 — have received at least one dose against the SARS-CoV-2 virus. Of these, 16 million 695 thousand 831 have a complete scheme, which is equivalent to 60 percent, and the remaining 40 percent, 11 million 200 thousand 381, has half a scheme. 
Baja California, Mexico City, Zacatecas, Yucatan and Tamaulipas have the highest immunization rates, ranging from 38 to 50 percent.
