The Specialized Chamber of the Electoral Tribunal of the Judicial Power of the Federation (TEPJF) ruled out that Morena has used federal social programs to promote elections.
This, after the PRI and the PAN denounced that in videos disseminated on social networks it was observed “the presence of gangs of people wearing clothes with the color and emblem of MORENA, who collected information from the citizens to access social programs.”

However, interviews conducted by the district and local boards of the INE with militants “only testimonial evidence is presented without further evidence,” the Chamber said.
The Court Chamber said that no relationship was identified between Morena and the people who appear in the videos, so it is not possible to proceed against the party “for the creation of a register of people to access social programs of the federal government.”
Morena’s complaint against PAN spot dismissed
In the same session, the Chamber of the Electoral Tribunal dismissed a complaint by Morena against the promotional called “CAM FED DILE ADIÓS A MORENA”, where he accused “expressions that slander” the image of the head of government of Mexico City, Claudia Sheinbaum Pardo.
This, by pointing to the and the public officials who appear in the spot as responsible for the tragedy that arose on Line 12 of the Metro, on May 3.
“The Plenary rejected the infractions denounced by not noticing the accusation of crimes or false facts, but demonstrations through which the PAN issued its opinion regarding the management of the current government of Mexico City, as well as those who have previously governed, and the officials of that political institute, on an event that caused an impact among the Mexican citizens,” the Chamber argued.
